View Member Profile Find Member's Topics Find Member's Posts Donnie The diagram previosuly posted is what I used and wasnt particular challanging to follow. You'll also need the pins and receptacle wedge. Mouser's shipping cost is usually less for me as well.Īmphenol makes a compatible quality plug that can be found for significantly less than the Deutsch plug. Digi-Key and Allied Electronics also have the parts but they're both a little more expensive. I found all the parts at Mouser Electronics (on-line) including the 6' serial cable for about $7 and about $9 including a 9' cable. I bought the basic cable with 3 pin "Deutsch" connector so maybe you need a USB 2 COM converter also. i got the sw through this Donnie: i sent you a PMīe aware that only older laptops has a 9 pin COM Port. "my" version of the sw is not registered anywhere and i can change the oil setting and "idle in gear" rpm.
